We start with a conversation about all that you need to accomplish and the truck or chassis you will be using. We then design and provide a dimensional CAD drawing to confirm exactly how the components will look and be positioned on your truck. Custom spray trucks can be designed around existing trucks or we can supply a turnkey solution consisting of the chassis, body and spray components.

Whether you need a compact spray van for residential routes, off road ready spray rig for a skidder or a heavy-duty dovetail flatbed spray truck for ride-on applications, our team designs solutions built to perform.

Each custom sprayer is assembled using high-quality tanks, pumps, reels, and control systems to ensure consistent spray coverage and long-term reliability. Our custom spray trucks and spray vans are trusted by professionals who demand equipment that works as hard as they do.

Custom spray trucks can be picked up at our facility, or less complex systems can be shipped directly to the end user for final installation. For systems shipped to the end user, we build the sprayer to match your truck bed dimensions and the pre-approved placement of tanks and components. Each system is fully assembled and tested as if it were installed on the truck body.

For shipping, the plumbing lines are disconnected and the components are securely packaged. Upon delivery, you’ll place the system on the vehicle bed, bolt it down using the pre-drilled mounting provisions, connect the provided wiring harness, and reattach the plumbing. Shipping custom systems often results in significant cost savings.

We now offer custom poly welded tanks. Custom tanks allow for a one-of-a-kind system to be built. Poly welded tanks can be installed on trucks, trailers or vans.  Poly welded tanks allow for split tank systems in numerous options. They are also a great option for unique space requirements.
