Modular Spray Systems

Gregson-Clark modular spray systems feature a compact frame for the pump/engine and hose reel that is separate from the tank or tanks. Modular sprayers are an ideal option for vans, flatbeds, and enclosed body trucks. Easily customizable, these spray systems can be used for lawn care fertilization, plant health care, and more.

The pump/engine and hose reel are typically positioned curbside for easy access and the tank or tanks can be positioned for ideal weight distribution and ease of filling. All modular frames have provisions for easily bolting down through the truck bed. The modular pumping unit (MPU) features a compact universal frame that can accommodate a hose reel or pump/engine on the top or bottom.

For sprayers with two tanks, 3-way ball valves are used on the suction and bypass lines to provide tank selection and inter-tank transfer. Systems with three or more tanks require a valve manifold.

For vans and enclosed body trucks, our modular pumping units can be positioned curbside to allow easy access to all controls. Units can be equipped with a fast-fill line and dispensing nozzle for filling a ride-on sprayer.

PCO style modular tank assemblies are available in 35-, 50-, 100-, 150-, 200-, and 300-gallon sizes. Tank assemblies include frame, tank, straps, and suction and agitation lines installed. Leg tanks are also available in 510-, 735-, and 1,035-gallon sizes. Added to an existing sprayer, a modular tank is an inexpensive way to increase capacity and allow for two separate spray solutions.
