Return Policy

At Gregson-Clark Spraying Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy.

Return Authorization Form (PDF)

Standard Returns

  • Most new, unused, and resalable items may be returned within 45 days of the original purchase or delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition with all manuals, accessories, and components included.
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required.

Return Authorization Form

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please complete our Return Authorization Form (PDF) and include it inside the package with the item(s) you are returning.

The form helps us identify your order and includes information such as:

  • Customer name
  • Company name (if applicable)
  • Phone number and email address
  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Quantity being returned
  • Reason for the return

Returns received without a completed Return Authorization Form may experience processing delays.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or shipped in error:

  • Special-order or custom-order products
  • Products that have been used, installed, or exposed to chemicals
  • Items not in resalable condition
  • Clearance or final sale items

Special-order items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product covered under warranty:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
  • Gregson-Clark Spraying Equipment is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the returned product(s).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days after your return has been processed for the refund to appear on your account.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. If possible, note any visible shipping damage with the carrier upon delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

Warranty Claims

Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty may be eligible for repair or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms. Please complete and include the Return Authorization Form with any warranty return so we can properly identify and process your claim.
