Part # 6062.C1 has superseded 8700.65 for the Udor Kappa-25 diaphragm pump. Udor recommends replacing the diaphragms after 500 hours.

The kit includes two replacement Desmopan diaphragms (0903.50), one accumulator diaphragm (0903.08) and six replacement valve o-rings (1101.27).

When replacing diaphragms follow all factory torque specifications. The accumulator diaphragm should be set to 20% of operating pressure. Replacing diaphragms will require the oil to be drained and replaced with 30 weight non-detergent. Udor lube is available with part number 15.5823. The Kappa-25 requires 12oz of oil.
