Udor ZETA-40P Poly Diaphragm Pump – 10.5 GPM, 300 PSI
The Udor ZETA-40P is a compact, low-pressure positive-displacement diaphragm pump built for applications where chemical resistance and reliable flow are important.
The pump uses three pumping diaphragms and produces up to 10.5 GPM / 44 LPM at 300 PSI / 20 bar, with a maximum pump speed of 550 RPM.
The “P” designation identifies the poly version of the ZETA-40. Udor equips the ZETA-40P with poly heads, externally mounted manifolds, and stainless-steel liquid-handling parts and hardware. That construction is why Udor specifically identifies the ZETA-40P and ZETA-85P as excellent choices for the soft wash industry and other aggressive-fluid applications.
The standard version is sold as the ZETA 40P VA, using Udor’s Universal VA Drive Face. For customers who need a gasoline-engine-driven configuration, Udor offers the ZETA 40P VAGR3/4, which adds a gear reduction for a compatible 3/4" shaft gas engine.
The Zeta-40P utilizes the 6010.95 regulator.
The Zeta 40P replacement diaphragm kit is part # 6062.97 which superseded # 8700.60.
