Udor Zeta 40P/GR Diaphragm Pump
The Udor ZETA-40P/GR combines the compact ZETA-40P three-diaphragm pump with a direct-mount gasoline-engine gear reduction, creating a durable and compact pumping package for commercial spraying and soft-wash equipment.
The ZETA-40P uses poly heads, externally mounted manifolds, and stainless-steel liquid-handling components and hardware. Udor specifically identifies the ZETA-40P as an excellent pump for the soft wash industry and other aggressive-fluid applications.
The pump delivers up to 10.5 GPM / 44 LPM at 300 PSI / 20 bar with a maximum pump speed of 550 RPM. Its three-diaphragm positive-displacement design provides reliable self-priming performance for applications requiring consistent flow and pressure.
The gear-reduction version allows the pump to mount directly to a compatible 4–6.5 HP horizontal-shaft gasoline engine with a 3/4" shaft. Udor’s legacy documentation identifies this gearbox as 5027.75, while current Udor literature identifies the complete drive configuration as ZETA 40P VAGR3/4.
The ZETA-40P uses the 6010.96 control unit, which is specifically designed for Udor’s poly pumps. Compared with the standard 6010.95 regulator, the 6010.96 incorporates a heat-treated stainless-steel poppet and seat, poly discharge plug, and stainless mounting hardware for improved compatibility in aggressive-fluid applications.
