Udor ZETA-85P/GR5 Poly Diaphragm Pump with Gear Reduction – 22 GPM, 300 PSI
The Udor ZETA-85P/GR5 combines the chemical resistance of Udor's ZETA-85P poly diaphragm pump with a factory-installed gear reduction, making it an excellent choice for gasoline-engine-powered commercial spray equipment.
The pump uses three diaphragms and delivers up to 22 GPM at 300 PSI, providing the flow and pressure required for demanding lawn care, tree and shrub spraying, pest control, agricultural spraying, and other commercial liquid application systems.
The “P” designation is important. The ZETA-85P uses polymer/polypropylene liquid-handling components rather than the standard configuration of the ZETA-85, making it particularly attractive for applications where chemical resistance is a priority.
The GR5 gear reduction allows the pump to be driven by a conventional 4–6.5 HP gasoline engine with a 3/4-inch shaft. The gearbox reduces engine speed to the appropriate operating speed for the diaphragm pump, eliminating the need for a separate belt-and-pulley drive system.
The complete ZETA-85P/GR5 also includes the Udor 6010.96 control unit, which provides adjustable system pressure, a manual dump lever, dual 1/2" ball-valve discharge outlets, and a pressure gauge.
