The Udor DELTA-75/GR is a three-cylinder, medium-pressure diaphragm pump designed for commercial spraying applications requiring both substantial flow and pressures well above those available from Udor’s low-pressure ZETA series. The Delta-75 is an updated replacement for the Kappa-75.

Udor rates the current DELTA 75 at 20 GPM / 79 LPM, 560 PSI / 38 bar, and up to 550 RPM in its current model table. 

Construction consists of an internally manifolded anodized-aluminum pump body with anodized-aluminum and stainless-steel liquid-handling components. Udor recommends the DELTA 75 for horticultural, agricultural, lawn-care, nursery, pest-control and turf spraying, as well as aircraft de-icing, hydrostatic testing and cleaning.

The GR version adds Udor’s gas-engine gear reduction. Current OEM documentation specifies the 5100.04 gearbox for 1" shaft gasoline engines and lists the complete DELTA 75 VAGR1 for 8–20 HP engines. The gearbox reduces gas-engine speed to the operating range required by the diaphragm pump.

Unlike several larger ZETA pumps where the regulator is purchased separately, the DELTA-75/GR comes equipped with Udor’s 6047.06 control unit. It provides adjustable pressure regulation, a manual dump valve, two 1/2" ball-valve outlets, a 3/4" bypass and a glycerine-filled 1,000 PSI gauge.
