The Udor IOTA-20 is a compact, two-diaphragm pump designed to provide reliable flow and adjustable pressure for professional spraying equipment.
Delivering up to 5 gallons per minute at 270 PSI, the IOTA-20 is well suited for smaller commercial sprayers, lawn-care equipment, pest-control applications, and other spray systems where compact dimensions and dependable performance are important.
Compact Two-Diaphragm Design
The IOTA-20 features a positive-displacement, two-diaphragm design that provides consistent liquid delivery when properly operated and maintained.
Its internally manifolded construction helps keep the pump assembly compact, making it a practical option for equipment builders and operators working with limited mounting space.
Durable Construction
Built with anodized-aluminum and stainless-steel components, the IOTA-20 is designed for professional spray applications using compatible liquids.
Replaceable diaphragms and inlet/outlet valves allow the pump to be serviced rather than discarded when routine wear components require replacement.
Adjustable Pressure Control
The standard IOTA-20 configuration offered by Gregson-Clark includes an adjustable pressure regulator, manual dump lever, and pressure gauge.
The control unit allows operators to adjust spraying pressure for the application and divert flow through the bypass when required.
The assembly includes a 3/8" hose-barb discharge outlet and 5/8" hose-barb bypass, with a 3/4" inlet connection.
Flexible Drive Installation
Unlike the IOTA-20/GR, the standard IOTA-20 does not include a factory gas-engine gear reduction.
It is intended for use with an appropriately configured drive system that operates the pump within the manufacturer's speed and pressure limits.
