Udor KAPPA-43/GR HP – High-Pressure Gas-Engine Diaphragm Pump
The Udor KAPPA-43/GR HP is a heavy-duty diaphragm pump designed for professional spray equipment requiring dependable flow, high-pressure capability, and gasoline-engine compatibility.
With a maximum flow of 10.5 gallons per minute and a maximum rated pressure of 560 PSI, the KAPPA-43/GR HP is suitable for commercial tree spraying, professional lawn care, pest-control operations, nursery spraying, and agricultural applications.
Factory Gas-Engine Gear Reduction
The KAPPA-43/GR HP includes a factory gear-reduction drive designed for compatible small gasoline engines with a 3/4" output shaft.
The gear reduction allows the engine to operate at its normal working speed while keeping the diaphragm pump within its rated speed range.
The pump is intended for appropriately matched gasoline engines, commonly in the 4–6.5 HP range, with the required shaft dimensions and mounting pattern.
Three-Diaphragm Pump Design
The KAPPA-43/GR HP features a three-cylinder, positive-displacement diaphragm design with internally manifolded construction.
Its anodized-aluminum body and stainless-steel liquid-handling components are designed for compatible spray chemicals used in professional spraying equipment.
Replaceable GREENTECH diaphragms and serviceable inlet/outlet valves help support long-term maintenance.
High-Pressure Control Assembly
The HP configuration uses a high-pressure adjustable regulator with a manual dump lever, two discharge valves, and a pressure gauge.
The control unit allows operators to adjust system pressure to the application and unload the pump during startup and shutdown.
The complete system must be operated within the pressure ratings of its pump, regulator, hoses, fittings, and other components.
