The Gregson-Clark DI-100-12V is a compact, versatile liquid de-icing sprayer designed specifically for UTVs and compact pickup trucks. Ideal for sidewalks, parking areas, campuses, and tight-access locations, this all-in-one system delivers reliable performance in a lightweight, easy-to-handle package.
The DI-100-12V includes a 100-gallon tank, a 12-volt pumping unit, a hose reel, spray hose, and a spray gun—providing everything needed for immediate operation. The system is designed to pair seamlessly with Gregson-Clark boomless or full boom spray bar assemblies, allowing you to configure the sprayer for spot treatment, pre-treatment, or wider-area application. An optional fast-fill line can also be added, enabling the unit to double as a filling station for other de-icing equipment.
The frame is constructed from lightweight aluminum and features integrated fork pocket tubes for easy loading and unloading. For customers requiring maximum durability, a full stainless steel frame upgrade is available—please call for details.
Powering the system is a dependable Remco “Fatboy” 12-volt diaphragm pump equipped with an adjustable regulator. The pump is rated at up to 7 GPM and 100 PSI and is capable of applying up to 75 gallons per acre at 4 MPH, making it well-suited for controlled, efficient liquid application in pedestrian and light-traffic areas.
For hand spraying and detail work, the DI-100-12V is equipped with a Hannay N716 hose reel featuring spring rewind and upgraded stainless steel liquid-handling components. The reel includes 50 feet of ½" hose and a Chemlawn spray gun, allowing operators to easily reach entrances, stairs, and other hard-to-access areas.
Designed to fit UTVs and compact pickup trucks, the unit measures approximately 37" wide by 48" long, making it a practical solution for operations where maneuverability and compact size are critical.

Warranty
Gregson-Clark Sprayers are backed by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Pump elastomers and hoses are considered normal wear items and are covered by a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
