The Stainless Steel De-Icing Boom Kit with Extension Wings is a fully plumbed, ready-to-install spray system designed to expand the capabilities of your existing liquid de-icing sprayer. Built for durability and flexibility, this kit mounts directly into a standard 2" receiver and delivers precise, even liquid application for roadway and pre-treatment operations.

At the core of the system is a 72" stainless steel spray boom equipped with six dripless nozzle bodies fitted with 2 GPM pencil stream tips for accurate and efficient liquid placement. Each nozzle includes a 16-mesh tip screen and quarter-turn caps, allowing for quick cleaning and easy maintenance in the field. For expanded coverage, the included extension wings add up to 60" of additional spray width—30" per side—making it easy to cover wider lanes without upgrading to a larger boom.

For added versatility, the kit also includes an Udor Boominator boomless nozzle that can be used in place of the 72" boom. The boomless nozzle produces a 23-foot spray pattern, making it ideal for pre-treatment applications or situations where a traditional boom is not practical.

Both the spray boom and boomless nozzle are controlled by a 12-volt solenoid valve operated from inside the cab. The included switch console with indicator light gives the operator simple, reliable control, while the complete wiring package ensures straightforward installation.
