The Udor 0102.04 Diaphragm Bolt is an original equipment replacement component used in the diaphragm assembly of compatible Udor agricultural, horticultural, turf and commercial spraying pumps.

Each pumping chamber in an Udor diaphragm pump uses a flexible diaphragm that moves back and forth to create suction and discharge pressure. The 0102.04 bolt secures the diaphragm and diaphragm disc to the piston or connecting-rod assembly.

Because the bolt is directly involved in securing the diaphragm, it should be carefully inspected whenever diaphragms are replaced. Damaged threads, corrosion, excessive wear or deformation can prevent proper assembly and may contribute to premature diaphragm failure.

For example, current KAPPA 25 documentation specifies two 0102.04 bolts, KAPPA 55 VA specifies three, and legacy KAPPA 100 documentation specifies four.

Quantity by Pump

Because there is generally one diaphragm bolt for each pumping diaphragm:

• 2-diaphragm models: typically 2 bolts
• 3-diaphragm models: typically 3 bolts
• 4-diaphragm models: typically 4 bolts

Always verify against the individual pump breakdown before ordering a complete set.
