Udor ZETA-85GR5 Diaphragm Pump with Gear Reduction – 22 GPM, 300 PSI
The Udor ZETA-85GR5 combines the proven ZETA 85 three-diaphragm pump with a compact factory gear reduction for gasoline-engine-driven commercial spraying systems.
The ZETA 85 uses an anodized aluminum body, plasticized aluminum heads, stainless-steel valves, and glass-filled nylon manifolds. Udor rates the pump for a maximum flow of 22 GPM / 85 LPM, maximum pressure of 300 PSI / 20 bar, and maximum pump speed of 550 RPM.
The GR5 gear reduction allows the pump to be driven directly from a compatible gasoline engine rather than using an external belt-and-pulley system. Current Udor documentation identifies this configuration as ZETA 85 VAGR3/4, specifying a gear reduction for a 3/4" shaft gas engine in the 4–6.5 HP range.
The pump is supplied with Udor’s 6010.95 adjustable pressure regulator, which provides a manual pressure dump lever, pressure-control knob, glycerine-filled pressure gauge, and two 1/2" ball-valve discharge outlets.
