Ace RP-800C 8-Roller Cast-Iron Pump – 22.5 GPM, 300 PSI
The Ace RP-800C Roller Pump provides the pressure and flow required for demanding agricultural and commercial spray applications. Its compact, field-proven design makes it a practical choice for boom spraying, spot spraying, livestock spraying, cleaning, and liquid-transfer systems.
This pump uses eight thermoplastic rollers with metal cores to provide smooth, dependable liquid movement. The cast-iron body and rotor offer strength for regular service, while FKM lip seals provide chemical resistance. Sealed bearings help protect the pump’s internal components and promote longer operating life.
The standard RP-800C operates counterclockwise when viewed from the shaft end. Its 15/16-inch keyed stainless-steel shaft can be connected to common tractor PTO shafts using the optional Ace BAC-10-RP8-QC PTO coupler. The pump can operate from 540 to 1,000 RPM and produce a maximum flow of 22.5 GPM or pressure up to 300 PSI, depending on operating speed and system conditions.
