AR43283 is the replacement diaphragm kit for the AR30 & AR40 diaphragm pumps. AR recommends changing the diaphragms every 500 hours.
AR43283 replaces 9910-Kit1724 for D30/D40 diaphragm pumps
The kit includes two replacement Desmopan diaphragms, four replacement valve O-rings and replacement accumulator diaphragm.
When rebuilding the pump diaphragms follow all factory torque specifications. Accumulator diaphragm should be set to 20% of pump operating pressure. Replacing diaphragms will require new oil. Replace with 30 weight non-detergent.
