Udor DELTA-40/GR Diaphragm Pump with Gear Reduction – 10.5 GPM, 560 PSI
The Udor DELTA-40/GR combines the dependable performance of a positive-displacement diaphragm pump with a compact gas-engine gear-reduction drive.
Its two-cylinder design provides up to 10.5 gallons per minute of flow and 560 PSI of operating pressure, making it suitable for commercial spraying applications that require more pressure than a conventional 300 PSI diaphragm pump.
The pump is internally manifolded and constructed with an anodized-aluminum body and anodized-aluminum and stainless-steel liquid-handling components. GREENTECH pumping diaphragms are standard, with Buna-N available as an alternative.
The factory-installed gear reduction allows the pump to be mounted to a compatible small gasoline engine (4-6.5HP) without requiring the operator to fabricate an external belt-reduction system.
The DELTA-40/GR also includes a pulsation dampener and pressure-control assembly, helping provide smoother spraying and convenient adjustment of operating pressure.
