Ace BAC-10-RP6-QC Multi-Speed PTO Quick Coupler – 6-Roller Pumps

The Ace BAC-10-RP6-QC Multi-Speed PTO Quick Coupler is designed to connect compatible Ace 6-roller pumps directly to a tractor's power take-off (PTO) shaft. Built for roller pumps with a 5/8" drive shaft, this quick coupler provides a convenient way to install and remove a PTO-driven spray pump.

The multi-speed design accommodates both standard 1-3/8" 6-spline (540 RPM) and 1-3/8" 21-spline (1,000 RPM) tractor PTO shafts, allowing the same coupler to be used with different tractor configurations.

Constructed from die-cast metal, the BAC-10-RP6-QC features a spring-loaded locking collar that makes connecting and disconnecting the pump straightforward. The coupler attaches to the pump shaft using a set screw and locks onto the tractor PTO shaft using a ball-locking mechanism.

Important Compatibility Information:

• Not intended for Ace 8-roller pumps with a 15/16" shaft. Use the BAC-10-RP8-QC for those applications.

• The Ace RP-TBK Torque Bar Kit is recommended to prevent the pump housing from rotating during operation.

• Verify pump rotation requirements and maximum operating RPM before connecting to a tractor.

• A 1,000 RPM-compatible coupler does not mean every connected pump can safely operate at 1,000 RPM.

• Ensure the locking collar is fully engaged and all PTO safety shields are in place before operating
