ACE GE-860-LE centrifugal pump (Less engine)
The Ace Pumps GE-860-LE centrifugal pump delivers the high flow and pressure needed for demanding agricultural, turf, deicing and commercial spraying systems. Capable of producing up to 140 GPM and 140 PSI, it can support boom spraying, tank agitation, liquid transfer and other applications requiring substantial output from a compact engine-driven pump.
The “LE” designation means less engine. This package includes the pump components needed to assemble the GE-860 onto a compatible gas engine, but the engine itself is not included. The pump is designed for an 8–10 HP gas engine equipped with a 1" keyed shaft.
The GE-860-LE features an all-iron pump body and impeller, a stainless-steel shaft sleeve with O-ring leak protection and a Viton mechanical seal. A 2" NPT suction port helps supply the pump’s high flow demand, while the 1-1/2" NPT discharge port connects to compatible pressure and transfer plumbing.
The impeller mounts directly onto the engine’s keyed shaft, eliminating the need for a separate coupling between the engine and pump. This direct-drive configuration creates a compact, efficient pumping package for new spray-system builds or replacement installations.
Important: The GE-860-LE is the pump kit only. A gas engine is not included.

Engine Fitment and Compatibility
The GE-860-LE is designed to mount directly onto a compatible gas engine with:

- Suitable shaft speed for the desired pump performance
Ace identifies compatible Honda GX240-series engines in its technical literature. Other engines may be suitable when their shaft diameter, keyway, shaft length, mounting pattern, horsepower and operating speed match the pump’s requirements.
Do not assume that every 8–10 HP engine will fit. Confirm all engine dimensions and specifications before ordering or assembling the pump.
