Ace RP-TBK Torque Bar Kit – 6 & 8 Roller Pumps

The Ace RP-TBK Torque Bar Kit is designed to support Ace 6-roller and 8-roller pumps when mounted directly to a tractor's power take-off (PTO) shaft. This kit helps prevent the pump housing from rotating during operation while supporting the pump and transferring the PTO torque load to the tractor frame.

When a roller pump is driven by a tractor PTO, the pump housing must be properly restrained. Without adequate support, the pump can rotate or place unnecessary stress on the PTO connection and pump components.

The RP-TBK features an all-steel torque bar, chains, tension spring, and mounting hardware. Its design supports the pump while allowing the assembly to be secured to the tractor frame.

Compatible with Ace RP-600 and RP-800 Series roller pumps, this torque bar kit is an important accessory for properly installing a PTO-driven agricultural spray pump.

Important Installation Information:

• The preferred installation positions the support chains upward, attached vertically to the tractor frame.

• The heavy torque chain carries the torque load, while the spring and tensioning chain provide additional support.

• Attach chains only to secure tractor frame locations, never to movable linkages.

• An alternate downward-chain installation is permitted under the manufacturer's instructions, without using the tension spring and light chain.

• Always maintain the tractor's PTO safety shielding.

• PTO quick couplers are sold separately unless otherwise specified.
