Udor 0007.27 OEM Crankshaft Oil Seal
The Udor 0007.27 Crankshaft Oil Seal is an original equipment replacement seal designed for compatible Udor medium-pressure diaphragm pumps.
The crankcase in a diaphragm pump contains lubricating oil that protects the crankshaft, connecting rods, bearings, and other moving components. The 0007.27 provides a seal around the crankshaft to help keep that lubricant inside the pump while limiting contamination from the outside environment.
As the seal ages, normal shaft rotation, heat, contamination, or crankshaft and bearing wear can damage the sealing lip. A worn crankshaft seal may result in visible oil leakage and a gradual reduction in crankcase oil level.
Replacing a damaged seal with the genuine Udor 0007.27 restores the OEM sealing configuration and helps protect the pump's internal components.
Fitment
The Udor 0007.27 Oil Seal is verified in OEM and legacy parts documentation for the following pumps.
Udor KAPPA Series
- KAPPA 75
- KAPPA 75 TS
- KAPPA 100
- KAPPA 100 TS
Udor's KAPPA 75 breakdown identifies 0007.27 as reference 170 and specifies one seal. The same part appears as reference 170 in the KAPPA 100 breakdown.
Udor BETA Series
- BETA 200/CC
The BETA 200/CC parts breakdown also specifies 0007.27, reference 170, quantity one.
Important Thru-Shaft Distinction
This is important for customers ordering parts for TS/thru-shaft versions.
The standard 0007.27 seal is still used, but the thru-shaft configuration also uses an additional:
Udor 0007.26 – Seal for Thru-Shaft Body
For example, the KAPPA 75 TS documentation identifies:
- 0007.27 — standard seal
- 0007.26 — additional thru-shaft seal
The KAPPA 100 TS breakdown follows the same arrangement.
That distinction should be on the product page because someone rebuilding a TS pump may need both seals, not one or the other.
Always check parts breakdown to ensure proper fitment.
