Udor IOTA-20/GR – Compact Gas-Engine Diaphragm Sprayer Pump
The Udor IOTA-20/GR is a compact, positive-displacement diaphragm pump engineered for commercial spray equipment powered by small gasoline engines.
With a maximum flow of 5 gallons per minute, and a max pressure of 270 PSI, the IOTA-20/GR is an excellent option for professional lawn-care sprayers, pest-control equipment, nursery sprayers, and other applications requiring dependable flow and adjustable spraying pressure.
Factory-Installed Gas-Engine Gear Reduction
Unlike the standard IOTA-20, the IOTA-20/GR includes a factory gas-engine gear reduction.
Designed for compatible gasoline engines with a 3/4" output shaft, the gear reduction allows the engine to operate at its normal speed while keeping the diaphragm pump within its rated operating RPM.
This configuration is suitable for properly matched small gasoline engines, commonly in the 4–6.5 HP range.
Compact Two-Diaphragm Design
The IOTA-20/GR features two pumping diaphragms and an internally manifolded design that helps maintain consistent flow in a compact package.
The pump is designed for use with compatible spray solutions and can be serviced using genuine Udor diaphragms, valves, seals, and repair kits.
Adjustable Pressure Control
The IOTA-20/GR configuration includes an adjustable pressure regulator, manual dump lever, and pressure gauge.
This allows operators to set the desired spraying pressure and unload the system when needed.
The assembly features a 3/4" inlet, 3/8" discharge outlet, and 5/8" bypass connection.
