300-Gallon Roadside Sprayer Overview

The 300-gallon roadside/right of way sprayer provides an easy to use, turn-key solution for applicators who are looking for a new vegetation control unit.  This sprayer is built to be installed in a standard pickup truck body or flat bed vehicle. When paired with a side mount spray boom, this is a stand alone unit that is all mounted to a fork pocket frame. 

For installation, all that would need to be done by the end used is to connect the system to the vehicle battery with the supplied wiring harness and then run the boom valve control box and wires into the cab of the vehicle. Applicators can choose to bolt the unit to the truck body or secure with heavy-duty ratchet straps that are rated for the full weight of the unit. 

Nozzles are selected with the customer during the sales process as each customer has unique needs. The nozzles are designed to spray a specified distance at a predetermined flow rate. Electric actuators allow nozzles to be electronically adjusted  from inside the cab. 

Stock configuration comes with 2 spray nozzles. One for long distance spraying and the other for shorter coverage. A control box is located in the cab for on/off control of the nozzles.
