Ace RK-RP-800 Rebuild Kit for RP-800C Roller Pump
The Ace RK-RP-800 rebuild kit contains the primary wear components needed to service an Ace RP-800 Series eight-roller pump. It is designed for pumps experiencing reduced flow, difficulty building pressure, shaft leakage, inconsistent output or visible roller wear.
Rollers and seals naturally wear as a roller pump operates. Chemical exposure, dry running, improper storage, excessive speed and abrasive materials can accelerate that wear. Replacing these components can help restore the output of an otherwise serviceable pump while avoiding the expense of purchasing a complete replacement.
Each kit includes a complete set of eight thermoplastic rollers with metal cores, two FKM shaft seals and one pump-body O-ring. These are the same components identified in Ace’s RP-800 parts breakdown as repair-kit items.
The RK-RP-800 fits both standard- and reverse-rotation RP-800C pumps. Ace also identifies the kit as compatible with Hypro 7560 Series eight-roller pumps. Always confirm the pump’s manufacturer and model number before ordering.
Please note: Bearings, dust caps, the pump shaft, rotor, housing and end plate are not included. These components should be inspected before the pump is reassembled.
