Ace FMC-150F-HYD-206 Flanged Hydraulic Centrifugal Pump
The Ace FMC-150F-HYD-206 provides the flow and pressure required by demanding commercial and agricultural spray systems. With maximum ratings of 145 GPM and 120 PSI, it is well suited for large tanks, long spray booms, high application rates and systems requiring substantial bypass flow for tank agitation.
The “F” designation identifies the flanged-port configuration. The suction side includes both a 220 full-port flange and a 1-1/2" female NPT connection. The discharge side includes a 200 standard-port flange and a 1-1/4" female NPT connection. This dual-port design gives equipment builders and operators greater flexibility when plumbing new systems or replacing an existing pump.
The pump is powered by Ace’s 206 hydraulic motor, which requires a maximum hydraulic oil input of 7 GPM. It is recommended for pressure-compensating closed-center, load-sensing closed-center and compatible open-center systems. The internal needle valve can bypass up to approximately 9 GPM of excess hydraulic oil, allowing the pump to operate on open-center systems producing up to 16 GPM.
The cast-iron pump housing is equipped with a chemical-resistant Valox thermoplastic impeller, stainless-steel shaft, stainless-steel wear ring and a carbon/ceramic mechanical seal with Viton elastomers. Alternative impellers and a severe-duty silicon-carbide seal are available for specialized applications.
