The Udor ZETA-85P is a low-pressure positive-displacement diaphragm pump built for demanding commercial spraying and aggressive-fluid applications.

Unlike the standard ZETA-85 configuration, the ZETA-85P uses poly heads and manifolds along with stainless-steel liquid-handling components and hardware. That construction makes it especially useful where corrosion resistance and compatibility with harsher fluids are important. Udor specifically recommends the ZETA-85P for the soft wash industry and other aggressive-fluid applications.

The pump uses three diaphragms and produces a maximum flow of 22 GPM at pressures up to 300 PSI. Maximum pump speed is 550 RPM.

The standard ZETA-85P VA is supplied with Udor’s universal VA drive face. Customers requiring a gas-engine-driven version should use the ZETA-85P VAGR3/4 / ZETA-85P GR configuration, which incorporates a gear reduction for a compatible 4–6.5 HP engine with a 3/4" shaft.
