Product Description

The REMCO RollMax R880C eight-roller pump provides the higher flow capacity required by large agricultural sprayers, wide spray booms and other demanding liquid-application systems. With a maximum published flow rate of 24.5 GPM and maximum operating pressure of 150 PSI, the R880C offers professional-grade performance in a compact PTO-compatible pump.

The cast-iron housing features a protective black epoxy finish and is intended for general agricultural use. Eight hardened-nylon Max Rollers deliver consistent output, while FKM/Viton seals provide chemical resistance for compatible agricultural liquids.

The R880C has a 15/16" solid keyed shaft and rotates counterclockwise when viewed facing the shaft. Its 1" FNPT ports support the increased flow capacity of the eight-roller design. When operating above 800 RPM, a 1-1/4" suction line is recommended to provide adequate liquid flow to the pump.

REMCO’s Rebuild Ready design allows the pump’s end plate and primary wear components to be accessed using a wrench while the pump remains connected to the drive shaft and plumbing. This helps reduce maintenance time and equipment downtime during the spraying season. Remco Industries
