The Gregson-Clark DI-100 is a versatile, compact liquid de-icing sprayer designed for UTVs, compact pickup trucks, and other tight-access areas. With a larger 100-gallon tank, this system is ideal for sidewalks, driveways, lots, and smaller roadways where mobility and efficiency are essential.

The unit includes a 100-gallon tank, pump/engine assembly, hose reel, hose, and spray gun—providing everything needed for immediate operation. It pairs seamlessly with Gregson-Clark boomless or full boom spray bar assemblies for wide-area coverage, and an optional fill line can convert the unit into a filling station for other de-icing equipment.

Constructed with a lightweight aluminum frame and stainless steel hardware, the DI-100 offers durability without added weight. For maximum corrosion resistance, a full stainless steel frame upgrade is also available—please call for details.

Power comes from a Honda GX160 engine paired with an Ace GE-85 centrifugal pump, delivering up to 22.5 GPM at 57 PSI for consistent and efficient liquid application.

For hand spraying and spot treatments, the unit includes a Hannay N716 hose reel with spring rewind and upgraded stainless steel liquid-handling components. The reel comes with 50 feet of ½" hose and a Chemlawn spray gun, allowing operators to reach entrances, stairs, and other hard-to-access areas.

Designed to fit UTVs and compact pickup trucks, the DI-100 measures approximately 37" wide by 48" long, making it a practical solution where maneuverability is critical.

Warranty

Gregson-Clark Sprayers are backed by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Pump elastomers and hoses are considered normal wear items and are covered by a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
